Monday: 14 minutes on book and 27 minutes writing outline
Tuesday: 19 minutes on book and 38 minutes writing outline
Wednesday: 15 minutes on book and 21 minutes revising outline
Thursday: 22 minutes on book

Total: 70 minutes and 66 pages reading You Have to Stop This, and 86 minutes working on my research paper outline
